Fruity Loop
Saying good bye to boss has never been that quick. As usual, he stayed at the office deep in discussions and meetings until the very last minute and then light-sped to the airport for his flight home. Today, he did not even have any time for his usual Starbucks-before-flight routine and had to go straight to the departure gates. Buh-bye!
Ernest and I decided to venture out for a dinner date and ended up at this little cosy pizza place in our suburb. Mario's Pizza Place has delicious pizza and staff were really friendly.
My Marinara Pizza with anchovies. My fav.

Aaarrhhh.....
Yummy!
I leave you with my version of fruit tea. You may recall I had pictures of the fruit tea I had in Taiwan which I missed so much since that trip. I have decided to make my very own healthy fruit tea so that I can enjoy at home. You can too. Do experiment with any fruits you like, the more colours the more pretty the tea is going to be.
1 Red apple
1 Orange
1 Lemon
1 slice of green honeydew
1 slice of watermelon
1 Ya pear
1 Lipton Cranberry, Raspberry & Strawberry teabag
1 small tub peach in mango puree
Honey to sweeten
Cut the fresh fruits up into small cubes.
Pour the puree together with the cubed fruits into a teapot, pop in the tea bag and infused the fruits with the tea with hot water for about 5 mins. Sweeten with honey and drink it hot or cold.
Post-note: Ernest commented that I should have put in a couple more tea bags to make the fusion more fragrant. The rationale is that 1 cup of tea uses one tea bag. If I make a pot-ful, I should put in 2 to 3 tea bags at one go. OK, I will remember next time
