Sianz

Probably everyone who knows me know that I have shifted to a new apartment in Croydon. The biggest gripe I have so far about the new place is not the distance it is from home to work nor the apartment is so sinfully near the 4-tai-gors of fast food, i.e. Macs, KFC, Hungry Jacks & Subway; but it is about the ISPs.

You know how shamelessly effective the ISPs are in Singapore. You call them today and they will come tomorrow and you will have internet faster you can say 'Internet'. And plus they give you a free modem if you sign a plan up.

Here? We called them 2 weeks ago. Supposed to come last Friday and did not turn up. Rescheduled for 6 Feb and threatened that if no one is at home when they are here, they will have to re-re-schedule & charge us $120 for the next visit.

Dun want to do business lah, I think.

So, me and Ernest are so back to nature and pls forgive us for lack of updates. Dun blame us. Blame them!

No wonder your husband hasn't been blogging! Just wanted to wish you and Ernest Happy CNY! Hope you find a suitable way of celebrating it in Sydney.

Rex, being a Singaporean company - half-day tomorrow? :)

Coming back in a few weeks - looking forward to it. Miss you!

(Crosses fingers that the Internet people come tomorrow!)
