You know the drill. Do up the heat beads and the food lovingly prepared by Ernest goes on the grill and voila! Everyone had a wonderful evening taking turns to eat while the food cooks and oohing and aahing over the very exciting Australian Open match between Gonzales and Nadal.

We had BBQ virgins Chris and Jac today and boy, are they loving the lamb chops. I reckon lamb chops are God's first creation for the perfect BBQ. Singaporeans, do try it out!
