Sunday happy day! I woke up very early at about 7am and went to help my mum to sell yu tiao. Yum.....I am craving for sugarless dougnut and had 1. I was the salesgirl of the day. I tried service with a smile and found that it was not very hard actually. Why are there no smiles on the service providers' faces in Singapore's shops??
In the afternoon, i went to CHC church service. It was very nice. I get to see so many people! All my friends and cell group members. All changed so much. But the service is great. I found it a tad too noisy though...maybe I am not used to it yet. There was a lot of people too. It was gratifying that more and more people are believing in Christ.
After the service, me and my cell group members went to Jurong Point for a stroll and decided to bring me to Esplanade. We alighted at City Hall and went through the Citilink to get there. Hmm...it was quite a walk though. The tunnels are long, long , long...but at least they are air-conditioned. It was quite a nice big building, but we did not explore it thoroughly though. We had coffee at one of the cafes over looking the harbour. It came with a nice view and we had potato snacks. Mashed potato, potato salad and Fries. Hmm.....very starchy man.
