It is such a fine day. Humid and hot. I am already missing Ernest already. I tried unpacking, but I ended up mooning and clowning around with my sisters. We has a nice time chatting and catching up with my siblings. After unpakcing halfway through, it was time for me to prepare to meet my poly friends. We have a dinner date at Magicwok. I took the bus for the first time after one year. Not bad, but the Ezylink was a shocker. The beep sound was startling. Maybe I am too ulu. But, I have another complain. The bus was damn damn slow. 15 minutes and I am still in Yishun area. When I finally reached City Hall, I was ready to kill someone. Too slow!
Dinner was a Thai affair. We had pinepapple rice, tomyam soup, fried crispy baby squids and fried chicken. It was a very delicious dinner, in my humble opinion. We went for coffee after dinner at Hotel Rendevous. It was quite a walk from Magicwok, so we had time to digest and be ready for ice teas with ice-creams, apple crumble and mud cake. We had a lovely time gossiping about the latest in Singapore and played rounds of cards. It is nice to be back.
