Nimble little fingers

I never knew my colleagues were such master chefs. They made so many goodies that we were never hungry in around our work stations.

Check out Justin's little chai-inspired shortbread cookies done on Thursday. There wasn't a much of the 'chai' in the cookies, but the cinnamon made the usual shortbread recipe taste very rich. I downed 10 of these little buggers and declared 'Enough is enough!'



Then today Ryan brought in his homemade banana bread. Good effort, although the crust is a little too burnt for my liking. The middle part though, very fluffy and very banana.



We are having a long weekend here in Sydney this week because of Queen's birthday. No idea the exact date but God bless the Queen for giving us a holiday. Have you Sydneysiders have any plans yet?
