Writer's block

Ever since I announced the news on my impending trip to Singapore, I have been busy trying to plan the trip, finish Little Nonya and spending time with hubby all at one go.

Hubby's ex colleagues visited from Singapore and we played host again on the weekend past, bringing people all over Sydney and trying to be my car's frequent flyer member by clocking about 300km in one day. I was exhausted beyond comprehension.

Sunday, I thought to take it easy by holing up at home watching a bit of Little Nonya, generously lent to me by Monkeycrab. The exciting storyline held me hostage the entire day and it was out of hunger that I finally stopped for some dinner after some pleading from Ernest. I thought the ending was satisfactory despite the numerous cries of unfair I heard on online forums. I thought the ending suits Yueniang's character the most. Kudos to the scriptwriters no matter what other Singaporeans might say.

Monday was a bit of a housework day because we have lagged a bit on Sunday and Tuesday today was a terribly tiring day for me. Imagine having to revamp the layout of the storage of my office's corporate gifts. It is no easy feat man and it is only half done. Actually I ought to thank my helper today. 2 pairs of hands sure beat a pair hands down any day! Pun intended.

But the physical work is really juicing out my bones. I am indeed getting old. Time for zzz. Good night ya all.
