One of the reasons why I still work in Rex

I bet almost everyone knows about Cyclone Helen blasting the entire east coast of Australia with a vengence no one knows where it came from. Our Lismore (LSY) airport team has been trying to ask the headoffice (us) for some heavy duty umbrellas to shield the passengers from the aircraft into the airport due to the never-ending rain. Because of the Christmas/New Year hols, the corporate gifts storage facility was not opened and we could only manage to send the umbrellas today.
