Late!
I think I am stressed out by my chairman dropping into Sydney in a day's notice.
His flight in this morning is 7am, which means I have to be at the office about 7am to make sure his office is ok, make coffee and put his favourite Theresa Teng CD on.
And that means I have to wake up about 5.30am, wash up and leave the house at latest 6.15am for a 45 min drive to office (I anticipated a non-existent traffic for a 1/2hr journey). I have put my alarm on and because I was so busy the night before, I thought I will completely zonk out on the new air bed.
But I was tossing and turning the entire night. Keep having weird dreams and getting very afraid when I open my eyes and the room is bright with sunlight as it is already 8.30am. I quickly jumped up from bed and realised it was only 5.28am.....2 mins from the alarm.
My eyes are puffy and they appear to be smaller than they already are. I feel like crap today. And this will not end until 72 hours later when my chairman boards his plane home to Singapore.
Something on the positive side: Was chatting with my colleagues on how you know when you lost weight. I am happy to report that a few months ago, I need not have a belt when I wear my jeans as I was bulging. A few weeks ago, I can do up the first hole in the belt buckle. Today, I was buckling up 2 holes! Wow.....I am getting there....slowly but surely.
