We felt like trying something adventurous for our evening chow these days and decided to host a DIY BBQ session on our balcony on Tuesday.
Check this out. I felt like we were at Marina South doing the BBQ thing again, but this time with colleagues and the menu consisting of spiced chicken, marinated lamb chops, beef, barramundi and alot of prawns. We even have a whole bunch of mushrooms thrown in at the end in order not to waste the fire.
With such great eating atmosphere, we have to camwhore and pose abit!
And yesterday, Wednesday, we had something exotic. We bought Melba toast from Coles and Ernest got some Tasmanian smoked salmon from Woolies. We also had some avacado and fish roe from some fish in Norway bought from IKEA and we made lovely hor'deaves (sp?).
