19 Jan 06 (Fri)
I hope we are not taking this home-made BBQ thing too far. We had it yesterday again! But the company is different. Yesterday we had Jess, Ben and Aiwei over for this cosy experience and boy are we professional now about it.

Step 1: Heat up heat beads on the gas stove. Way faster than using the fire starters man.
Step 2: Position 2 Yellow Pages about 30cm apart on the table, put the baking trays on them, then the BBQ trays. Pop the heat beads in the trays, overlay with grill tray and voila! We are ready to cook.

Yesterday's fare is simpler than we had so far...wicked chicken wings, yummy prawns, famous fish fillets, calamari and beef bulbogi (courtesy of Ai Wei).

We had such nice time cooking, chatting and eating at the same time. We went back into our primary school days and had a funny time reminising about it all. This session is the longest yet! We finished and cleared up at about 11pm. Because I was so exhausted, I got 'poisoned' and fell asleep almost immediately after sitting on the sofa when everyone was gathering about drinking tea to digest the yummy food. So unpolite of me!
