I have not been in the office for2 days now. Either I am rushing to complete some erands outside or I am lazing at home cos I have actually taken a day's leave on Tuesday to take my medical report. It was reassuring to hear the doctor say that I am quite healthy, with no high blood pressure and all those scary stuff. But there were two points I have to take note:
1) I am overweight by 6kg. I aim to cut down my weight by 10kg for starters, I have heard that a specific goal written down somewhere will actually 'help' in reaching the goal realistically, so I hope this weight cutting plan this time round will come true.
2) I might have the danger of having arthritis later in my life. The doctor had stretched my legs and disgnosed some stiffness associated with arthritis. I am to aviod high impact excercises such as running, aerobics, jumping and skipping. I can only do the low impact ones like swimming or yoga.
Well, somewhat depressing, but at least I have assurance from my darling that whatever happens to me, he will be by my side.
