Betcha guys didn't know, I got an MC on Monday to get out of work and to sleep. And goodness, can I sleep. I woke up at about 7.30am. Ate some breakkie and went to see the doctor for the certificate.
After I came back at about 0930hrs, I took some medicine, watched a bit of TV and fell asleep. I woke up about 1230hrs, cooked some fried rice for my brother, ate some lunch, took the medicine and fell asleep again. I woke up at 1730hrs! I can't believe it! I practically slept the whole day!
Ernest came over and brought moon cakes for my mum. My mum rewarded him by whipping up some feisty dishes for dinner. Although I can see that he did not quite taken to my mum's vinegar-stewed pork trotters, I enjoyed it very much. It seems like ages she had not cooked something so fantastic for a long time.
After dinner, me and Ernest drove to Sembawang beach and chatted on a bench under a coconut tree. It was such a nice feeling, enjoying the sea breeze while chatting to your love one and looking at the sand, the sea and the Sembawang ship yard beside the beach.
He drove me home at about 11.30pm. Guess what? I took some medicine and fell sound asleep until 7am this morning. Gosh, I am such a pig!
