Good Monday everyone. Just celebrated Adora's birthday by a movie, a steamboat dinner and endless rounds of 21 card game. The birthday girl has such good luck that she won off several tens off other girls. We called it quits after 11.30 pm and I got Michelle's nice mum and her friend to send me back home in Sembawang. They were so nice. Maybe have to buy them something next time I go visit Michelle and her mum.
Post-SARS sunday was actually a pretty busy day. Business was back to its brisk pace and I lost count of the number of bags of plastic bags I used to wrap the oil fritters in. At 11.30am on the dot, I rushed off to service. What an exciting day indeed. Straight after service, me and Alison went to Jurong Point for a round of sushi. Pretty good stuff...or maybe we were just too hungry.
I managed to get my darling to pick me up at Aljunied MRT station. I cited reasons like too hot weather, tired legs and stuff and whined a bit. I guess it's effective, cos he came in his father's car with the air-con on the full blast. Hehehe...what a nice boy friend I have. We joined his family for a dinner of fish meat bee hoon and it is H E A V E N L Y. No doubt about it. Maybe one day I have to bring my friends here. Really nice..... Then we ganged up against his father, displaying our empty pockets to him in defence against paying for dinner. We had a good laugh and his dad threatened to sent us all back home without an after dinner grocery shopping because we all don't have money in our pockets anyway. Haha....
